Water pump is damaged >>> Call customer care team.
There is a build up in the water inlet of the water pump, so the water is not moving smoothly >>> Clean the appliance every one to two weeks with a mild detergent.
The voltage is lower than recommended >>> Stop the ice maker and do not restart until the voltage is normal.
The water box is blocked by ice >>> Take out the ice under the ice shovel, plug in power again, and press the POWER button.
The motor is stuck, falls off, or damaged >>> Call customer care team.
