The dark colour is scale deposits caused by minerals in your water. Using a descaler solution which can be purchased from your local supermarket, will help resolve the problem. We recommend regular maintenance cleaning of the internal part of your kettle to remove the build up caused by the minerals in the water.

Check that your warranty is registered and within date, then please return the product to the place of purchase with your receipt for a replacement or refund.

Some Morphy Richards kettles are ‘rapid boil’ and these can be slightly noisier than normal. A kettle can also be louder if it is not filled to at least the MIN mark on the water indicator.
