Troubleshoot

It is normal for some types of bread to cook unevenly. In order to achieve uniform browning, we recommend you wait a minimum of 30 seconds between each toasting, so that the control can be automatically reset.

Turn the toaster upside down and shake vigorously to dislodge any bread that may be stuck inside. If this doesn't resolve the problem, check that your product is within the warranty period and return it to the place of purchase along with your receipt.

Please turn toaster upside down and shake aggressively in case something is stuck, if that doesn’t work please take back to place of purchase with your receipt for a replacement or refund.
